Overview

Chart Vision AI is a desktop app that helps traders rapidly analyze charts with AI. Capture a chart, add context about your strategy and risk preferences, and receive structured insights you can act on.

How to Use the App

Sign in to your account from the app - with google auth.
Open your trading platform and bring the chart you want to analyze into view.
Use the in app screen capture to grab the chart area.
Provide context: timeframe, asset, strategy notes, and risk settings.
Submit for analysis and review the AI output in the results panel.
Iterate: ask follow up questions, refine parameters, or capture another chart.

Each time you submit, the app performs a fresh capture of the visible area and analyzes that new image. Your plain text strategy and all input fields are applied to every new analysis automatically update them only when you want to change the rules or risk preferences.

Capture tips for best results

Include the timeframe/time scale in the capture (e.g., 1m, 5m, 1h) so the AI can align context.
Make indicators readable. If they’re custom, briefly explain what each indicator represents in your text input.
If available, include the Depth of Market (DOM) / price ladder panel to provide order flow context.
Ensure the price scale, price tags/levels, and numeric values are visible and not blurred.
Keep the chart clean hide popups/menus and avoid overlapping elements that obscure candles or indicators.

Tip: Consistent context (timeframe, market conditions, and risk) improves result quality.

The Idea Behind It

The goal is a repeatable, unemotional workflow. You describe your strategy in plain English, and the app applies those rules consistently to each new capture of the chart. The AI translates your criteria into concrete checks, highlights confluence or conflicts, and frames risk so identifying your setup becomes systematic rather than emotional.
